The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and driven Lawyer (0-3 PQE) to join our client's team. This unique role offers the opportunity to work across two dynamic practice areas: Commercial Law and Wills & Estates. You will be directly mentored by the managing partner and gain hands-on experience in a variety of legal matters, ensuring a comprehensive and rewarding career development path.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting and review of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and support on various commercial law matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support senior lawyers and partners.
- Assist in the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.
- Manage probate and estate administration matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise legal advice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
