The Opportunity We are looking for a passionate and driven Lawyer (0-3 years PQE) to join our client's team. This unique role offers the opportunity to work across two dynamic practice areas: Commercial Law and Wills & Estates.
You will be directly mentored by the managing partner and gain hands-on experience in a variety of legal matters, ensuring a comprehensive and rewarding career development path. Key Responsibilities Assist in the drafting and review of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Provide legal advice and support on various commercial law matters. Conduct legal research and analysis to support senior lawyers and partners. Assist in the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.
Manage probate and estate administration matters. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise legal advice. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
