THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Wills and Estates Lawyer to join their dynamic Brisbane office.
Their Estates team handles asset collection from various institutions, manages creditor relations, and specializes in family provision applications, equitable claims, constructive trusts, and will and trust deed matters. They provide commercial-focused advice on trustee and beneficiary rights.
In this role, you will directly interact with clients and manage transactions, with strong support from the Partner and senior team members.
ROLE REQUIRMENTS
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Experience: 2-4 years of post-admission experience in the Estates field.
- Client Service: Demonstrate an outstanding client service ethic.
- Technical Skills: Provide technically excellent advice.
- Team Growth: Enthusiasm to contribute to the continued growth of the team.
- Communication: Strong communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
