About the Position: Our client is looking for a committed full-time Lawyer to join their esteemed Wills & Estates team in Townsville. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established firm that prioritizes client satisfaction and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal advice on wills, estates, and succession planning
- Managing diverse cases, including drafting wills, estate administration, and probate matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Efficiently managing files with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client communication, file maintenance, and organizational skills
- High level of proficiency in computer applications
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and excel in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Impeccable attention to detail, including typing, spelling, and grammar
- Professionalism, maturity, and self-confidence
- Must be admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland and hold a current Practising Certificate
- Experience in Succession Law is preferred, but all experience levels will be considered
