They have multiple openings for junior to mid-level Insurance litigation/medical negligence lawyers to join their dynamic team. You will be part of a group with extensive knowledge in corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, where you'll get to work both independently and collaboratively.
Our client is a fast-growing firm with its head office in Adelaide. It practices commercial, construction, civil litigation, debt recovery, insurance, Personal Injury, strata, and property law.
They are looking for a lawyer with a strong track record of performance who can effectively manage an independent caseload under the supervision of our Partners.
The role will predominantly involve working within their growing Personal Injury/Medical Negligence/insurance practice, which includes motor accident, workers' compensation, work injury damages, public liability, and medical negligence claims.
Ideally, you will possess between 1 and 4 years of PAE and a strong background in plaintiff Personal Injury or medical negligence law. Experience in motor accidents and workers' compensation claims will be highly regarded.
