You will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the platform.Duties will include:
- Lead the adoption of Salesforce within the organization, including delivering comprehensive training and personalized support.
- Serve as the primary contact for Australia West based Salesforce users seeking support or wishing to escalate issues.
- Manage Salesforce data feeds, inputs and integrations
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
- Serve as primary system lead for the Thiess Salesforce CRM platform
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and optimization of Salesforce functionalities.
- Drive the analysis of Salesforce data, collaborating with the Business Development Manager to translate insights into actionable strategies for market prioritization and campaign optimization.
- Support the business development team with client engagement and the development of CRM-based tools for account planning, management, and territory plan management.
- Identify, document, and escalate bugs and enhancement opportunities to the global team, participating in global prioritization discussions.
- Tertiary qualification in Economics, Business or Science Engineering or a related field. Mining experience would be a preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Office 365 software.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, best practices and functionality
- Ability to design and implement new processes on the Salesforce platform and facilitate user adoption
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce CRM and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
