Role Description
We are seeking a Lead Clinician to join our Mental Health and Wellbeing Team.
The Castlemaine Community Mental Health Team provides community based assessment, treatment and support to adults aged 25-65 years, who are experiencing complex mental health disorders. We have a multi-disciplinary team, providing care five days a week.
Our treatment is recovery focused, and care is provided during all stages of illness. We also support our patients through any care, treatment or discharge planning associated with their residential or inpatient admissions.
This is a fixed part time position working 64 hours a fortnight, Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00. Based in Castlemaine, you'll work closely with our friendly and welcoming team, to ensure that all our clients receive high quality care in a timely manner.
