It's made up of underground and surface operations and operates a fully integrated processing facility from ore to metal.Come and be a part of this success.About the RoleThe Lead Commissioning role is to lead the commissioning planning and execution activities on assigned projects to ensure commissioning is integrated into the project execution plan and is optimised to enable safe, efficient and effective start up and handover.This will be coupled with providing leadership to Commissioning specialists and contractors on assigned projects to ensure commissioning is optimised and executed safely.Reporting to the Manager Commissioning your accountabilities will include:
- Ensuring an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental and community responsibility is maintained throughout Commissioning activities.
- Ensuring the commissioning strategies on projects are aligned with ODAP requirements.
- Collaborate closely with key project and operational stakeholders to ensure the successful start-up and ramp up of projects.
- Providing commissioning planning and expertise and coordinating commissioning resources to execute activities safely and effectively on assigned projects.
- Ensuring commissioning standards, processes, methodologies and systems are diligently applied on assigned projects in accordance with MAP requirements.
- Providing regular reporting and presentation material to line and project leaders for projects.
- Respectfully and professionally, influence stakeholders to drive optimised outcomes including Studies, Delivery, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Technology teams.
About YouAs a successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Demonstrated experience in field-based commissioning within mining industry.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a relevant trade qualification.
- Technical proficiency across a broad range of engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency with Commissioning & Completions management systems.
- A good understanding of contracts and procurement practices as well as managing risk and governance in a project management capacity will be critical to the success of this position.
- A performance and achievement orientated professional, your technical strengths will be complemented by excellent engagement and communication skills.
- Problem solver with demonstrable experience troubleshooting facilities including processing, pumping, electrical and control systems.
- Proactive, credible and influential, you relate well with people, communicating confidently and building strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Olympic Dam, on a fly-in-fly-out 4D3X roster out of Adelaide.A role at
