Responsible for understanding client requirements, translating them into effective solutions, and overseeing the implementation process from inception to completion. With specific expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, the Lead Consultant will guide project teams, ensuring alignment with best practices, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and document the solution architecture for the HCM system, covering the functional, technical, data, integration, security, and performance aspects.
- Builds strong business relationships with current and prospective clients. Contributes thought leadership and gains genuine understanding of client business. Establishes and articulates innovations and growth opportunities for clients and the company.
- Ensure that new initiatives and projects are identified, defined, and aligned with business plans.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for SAP functional domains, ensuring alignment with future goals.
- Lead design reviews and uphold quality assurance standards throughout solution implementation.
- Facilitate client workshops, providing insights into SAP and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and direction to the client and project teams on the best practices, design decisions, and solution options for HCM.
- Collaborate with the enterprise technology team, the divisional business partners, and the external vendors to understand the business requirements, the existing systems, and the gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that the solution architecture aligns with the enterprise architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps, as well as the enterprise technology strategy and vision.
- Review and approve the detailed design, configuration, testing, and deployment of the HCM solutions and its components.
- Support the change management, training, and communication activities related to the HCM solutions and their adoption.
- Mentor and manage a team of functional experts, fostering their professional growth.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the HCM domain.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a Consultant with a focus on SAP HR Payroll/ SuccessFactors implementation.
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules including but not limited to Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, and Succession & Development.
- Strong understanding of human capital management processes and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in configuration, customization, and testing of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Required relevant SAP Certifications.
