About the role:
You will be supported by a Centre Manager who has the wellbeing of her educators at the core of everything she does. Her philosophy centres around creating a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment for both the children and staff.
We are looking for someone who exudes positivity, who understands peoples quirks, differences and CELEBRATES THEM! We love being different, we love learning about each other and we need a very special somebody to help lead and inspire the team as we begin the second half of 2024.
We are looking for an inspiring educator who has experience in a leadership position. Early Childhood Qualifications are a must! A Diploma or Bachelor of Education are required :) You will be leading our junior kindy room, and after your initial 3 months you will have the opportunity to progress to Assistant Director!
