Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a beautiful, family orientated, early education community campus. Our early education service has a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Redland Bay. We have are a warm, friendly, well -resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
Role Requirements
An opportunity has become available for a permanent part-time Lead Educator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will need;
- Diploma qualification (recognised by ACECQA)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates and Working With Children Card
- Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Demonstrated ability to develop, plan and implement the high-quality educational and child-centred program in line with our Service philosophy
- An ability to implement a planned program, ensuring the needs of individual children and the group are met
- Exceptional relationship skills with families, children and other educators within the Service
Key Role Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of the studio program.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
- To have fun and enjoy working within a supportive team environment
