The Opportunity
As an integral part of our success, the Study Pathways Program Lead will be responsible for the delivery of key initiatives within G8’s Study Pathways Program, showcasing effective planning, stakeholder engagement and partnerships coupled with outstanding customer support and engagement to our national network.
With over 1000 students being supported nationally across the Certificate III, Diploma and Bachelor streams, the Program Lead role is expected to deliver on a compelling offer for students to obtain these qualifications, enhance their practices and maximise their career opportunities.
Your day-to-day
No two days are the same; this role is diverse, with depth and breadth to cement your career, now and into the future. Areas of core responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Drive the profile and performance of the entire Study Pathways Program through effective planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, promotional activities and reporting.
- Own and achieve program performance targets and KPIs in accordance with business objectives and contracted targets.
- Develop and lead the execution of strategies and planned activities to grow the profile and engagement of the Study Pathways program in consultation with relevant stakeholders- both internal and external.
- Identify, action and measure focus areas of work to support achievement of key metrics for each stream within the program.
- Engaged in reporting analysis to identify, understand and address trends, issues and challenges impacting on the Study Pathways Program.
- Lead student engagement initiatives through key initiatives to enhance the profile of the Study Pathway program across both internal and external markets.
- Research and explore new opportunities for delivery within the Study Pathways Program to effect ongoing enhancement of the Program’s offer
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of effective cadences and accountability arrangements with key partners to drive efficiencies and performance, holding all parties to account in line with formal agreements.
- Work closely with the RTO partners and organisational leaders to understand the requirements for traineeships across each state.
- Ensure a high standard of service is delivered to students/trainees by overseeing the provision of detailed program information, efficient enrolment procedures, quality monitoring, recognition and support.
- Ensure all records pertaining to the Study Pathways program are managed appropriately and kept up to date with records of completion and progression against training plans.
- Oversee the maintenance of Study Pathways systems, policies and processes to ensure continuous improvement across all areas.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or detailed understanding of the VET sector
- Experience in coordinating/driving traineeships or similar training programs
- Experience in practice in the early childhood education & care sector (preferred)
- Strong initiative and proactive approach to work
- Strong autonomy coupled with a focus on teamwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid working with children check
