Form of work About the RoleReporting to our Operations Manager, this newly created role provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Services Plumber to lead our onsite fabrication team. In this key role, you will be working on fabrication projects in our workshop based in Epping Victoria, and Providing technical support and guidance to the team, Oversee team's work quality. Maintaining day to day operations for the team and projects. Working closely with the Engineering team, reviewing and providing feedback on project shop drawings. In conjunction with purchasing, ensuring supplies of stock are on hand when needed for projects. Liaising with the Operations Manager for all resourcing and staffing requirements. Induct, train and provide ongoing mentoring for team members. Attending job sites for installations as required. Required Skills and Experience: Trained Mechanical Plumber with a preference for qualifications in gas and water; Current Victorian Driver's Licence. Extensive experience leading and mentoring mechanical plumbers; Works well independently and as part of a project team; Takes pride in own work and provides high quality product output.
