We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Leading Hand.

Candidates with a strong technical aptitude and supervisory ability from mechanical fields are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience in the following will be required:
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of mechanical workshop processes and operations.
- Finding and diagnosing faults in mechanical equipment.
- Providing support to technical trades.
- Excellent communication skills.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded but not essential:
- Experience working with and repairing hydraulic systems.
- Mechanical experience on mobile and fixed plant.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and licences:
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications.
- HR truck car licence.
- Forklift licence.
