The Role
This highly regarded, private Toowoomba based organisation is looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to lead their clinical team in a multidisciplinary clinical format. Working alongside doctors, nurses and other allied health professionals, you will be guiding a team of 20 healthcare specialists in everyday operations.
Lead a 50 50 spilt caseload, taking on your own workload while having the chance to spread your leadership wings, or to continue leading a wonderful team. Act as a mentor for level 2 and 3 physios guiding them to achieve more in their careers. With exciting new projects on the horizon, no day will ever be the same and there will always be something new and exciting around every corner.
How do you know this role is for you? If you have a high level of communication skills in both written and verbal literacy, a proven ability to lead while contributing towards improvement within the team and a positive, enthusiastic attitude that you bring to everything you do, we want to hear from you.
About You
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- 4+ years experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Hospital and/or Aged Care experience - highly desirable
