If you’d like to work with us: we’d like you to have experience as a HR/People and Culture Coordinator. You'll be tech savvy and know your way around Learning Management Systems as you will continue to build on ours. You'll bring experience maintaining a HRIS like Employment Hero and feel excited about utilising tech to make HR tasks more efficient. You’ll know your way around HR policies and procedures and be happy to update these and ensure compliance. As we are continuing to grow, you will own the recruitment process and build a talent pool, speaking to potential talent as we are always looking to hire great people like you! An integral part of our team, you will bring an energy and smile to work with ideas to keep our values alive through team building and Culture building initiatives to continually improve our EVP.
