An opportunity now exists for a Project Lead to join this innovative, creative and forward-thinking brand on a full-time basis.
The role
As an integral part of the Weber organisation, you will report to the Product Project Manager ANZ, and work with multiple leaders and functions across the broader company. As the Project Lead, you will:
- Create and manage product project plans, incorporating key activities and milestones
- Monitor all projects, providing regular updates and reports to the Product Project Manager ANZ
- Track project risk and mitigation strategies
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product project plans
- Initiate proactive communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, financial well-being, risk management, issue mitigation, and inter-project dependencies
- Ensure deliverables on the Commercialisation Framework are met and projects are completed within set timeframes
- Lead project meetings and act in a decisive manner when necessary
You have experience working in Project or Product Management/Coordination and are an innovative thinker who is able to think outside the box to create solutions. You have a positive, can-do attitude that you bring to work each day and are results orientated. You will also possess the following:
- Experience in managing multiple projects that are time-dependent
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Project Management software such as MS Project, Asana, Monday, Click Up
- Ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- A supportive and hands-on attitude
- High attention to detail
- A strong interest in Barbecue cooking and entertaining!
