YOUR ROLE
You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance within our organization. You will facilitate planning and tracking rhythms, ensuring transparency of progress, and actively identifying and removing blockers to drive successful project outcomes. Alongside the day to day rhythms you will lead, you will support regular progress reporting and quarterly planning, which include resourcing and financial plans. Your leadership will enable strategic alignment, effective execution, and continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture a team environment focused on achieving common goals through collaboration, accountability, and performance.
Facilitate planning and tracking rhythms, routines, and ceremonies to ensure transparency of progress and the active removal of blockers hindering team productivity.
Drive practices to ensure strategic alignment, including effective elicitation of requirements, understanding of value and priority, and shaping of work packages.
Lead practices to assure execution alignment, including identification and shaping of delivery pathways and release execution approaches at the team and/or team-of-teams level.
Provide thought leadership and coaching to team members in effective Agile and Lean work practices, supporting adaptation to the current environment and driving uplift through the adoption of new practices.
Foster a continuous learning and improvement mindset and methodologies within the team.
Support regular reporting of progress of the programs.
Support the processes that enable our quarterly planning including resources needed to deliver the plan, associated financial forecasting and related scenario planning to support successful delivery.
This is a permanent opportunity near any of our major centres across New Zealand or Australia.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for the right candidate, a self-starter who will really hit the ground running with the following experiences;
You cultivate innovation within your team and colleagues, demonstrate and encourage life-long learning and continuous improvement
You ask the right questions, connect the dots, understand the impacts of making a change and the consequences of not
You contribute and create in a constantly changing environment
You have demonstrated, practical experience as Scrum Master/Iteration Manager in complex corporate environment
You have expert knowledge of Agile frameworks and are able to apply them pragmatically to suit different contexts
Your interpersonal skills enable you to form the relationships, collaborate, connect with and influence others
Relevant industry or specialism qualifications e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
Technologies you feel at home with include JIRA, Tableau, M365 tools like SharePoint, whiteboard etc and ideally have experience with JIRA Align.
