SalaryThe Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a senior leadership role in the Service Transformation Program.
This role will contribute their advanced knowledge of the business and its key stakeholders and users (members, staff, public and professional users) to inform the design, development and implementation of VCAT's new case management system, working closely with the Product Owner, as well as associated work streams including change management, process design, UX design and business analysis.
In addition to excellent jurisdictional experience and knowledge, the Lead SME will have strong, established relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, and a user-centric focus on service delivery.
This role will suit an experienced, senior operational leader looking to contribute their expertise and knowledge to an exciting new role to enhance the experience.
