This commitment is part of our vision to create a world class learning academy that’s a key enabler of our culture transformation.

So, if you’re passionate about helping deliver a great learning experience and transform learning operations to help leaders lead with purpose then we’d love to speak to you.

You are a program management superstar, with a track record of coordinating and supporting deployment of small and large-scale learning programs. You love all aspects of managing a program, from scoping and conducting needs analyses, collaborating with vendors and SMEs, developing communications, and coordinating the delivery of workshops, to managing budgets, and working to a project plan.

You are driven by your values and passion to create meaningful learning experiences for participants. You are looking for an opportunity to further develop your design capability, whether that is curating digital pathways, developing instructional design materials, or contributing to out of the box thinking – challenging the traditional models of learning.

  • Support the design of CLT solutions by:
    • Developing program materials including request for proposals, presentation packs, participant communications, facilitator guides, program collateral
    • Bringing best practice techniques to content curation and developing digital learning pathways
    • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external providers, SMEs, coaches, and facilitators where appropriate
    • Identify, research, and analyse viable products and vendors
    • Stay abreast with leadership and future of work trends and thought leadership

Your experience:

To be successful in this position your experience is likely to include some or all of the following:
