About the team
The Learning and Development team have an ambitious plan to create an uplift in manager capability across UTS which has brought about a significant shift in focus on Leadership Development and capability. This requires the Learning and Development team to work in a more innovative and agile way and provides the opportunity to adopt a more strategic and project-based approach to the implementation of Leadership Development initiatives.
About the role
This role will provide project co-ordination support to drive and embed Leadership Development and capability initiatives. They also will be responsible for co-ordinating procurement processes relating to Leadership Development.
This role will be required to work independently, deal with a variety of stakeholders and use own initiative while working under the general direction of the Manager, Leadership Development and Capability.
As the Leadership Development Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administration and project co-ordination for the implementation of Leadership development and coaching initiatives and programs,
- Proactively support initiatives by providing advice on best practice leadership and learning development approaches, advising on project timelines, milestones and logistics, liaising with stakeholders, including internal and external clients, creating evaluations to assess effectiveness of programs.
- Manage the procurement processes for the Leadership Development and Capability initiatives.
- Provide support and advice for leadership and learning development requests from People Business Partners by understanding client requirements, requesting and comparing vendor proposals and providing recommendations.
- Project co-ordinate the implementation of blended learning and development programs.
- Co-ordinate the communications plan for the L&D Strategy by promoting learning & development across UTS via multiple channels
Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $91,254 to $98,805 pa (HEW 6)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.
