The Opportunity
This is a critical role will form part of a progressive talent and culture team that will challenge existing constructs, create bespoke Leadership Development and learning experiences and support culture-shift across the organisation.
If successful, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise leadership programs and initiatives that will offer transformational learning experiences delivered in the flow of work to drive culture strategy.
Key accountabilities that will maximise impact include:
Leadership Development
- Leading the design and delivery of new enterprise-wide Leadership Development programs to support culture transformation
- Embedding new leadership principles as a way of working to deliver leadership capability uplift
- Coaching senior leaders in their professional development, work practices and systems to drive experimentation, culture-shift and learning within a self-managing teams context
- Conducting research internally and externally to develop innovative designs, execute, and assess leadership transformation initiatives
- Leveraging new and emerging leadership tools and frameworks to support leader self-awareness and transformation
- Leading the evolution of the leadership framework to ensure it is continuously improved in line with the evolving needs of the business
- Fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, to drive collaboration
- Managing vendor relationships, ensuring suitable leadership procurement
- Transition programs to BAU to ensure long term, sustainable success.
- Driving enterprise-wide culture initiatives to embed new ways of working
- Supporting the broader culture change program through the development and delivery of micro/agile learning interventions to disrupt work systems and experiment
- Actively promoting creativity, joy and wellbeing through your work
- Evolving with the changing external environment to meet the market, risk and regulatory shifts
To Be Successful
This is a critical role will influence and embed enterprise wide culture transformation and new ways of working aligned to organisation strategy. As such it is essential that you demonstrate executive coaching, leadership program development and change management experience gained in complex and transitioning organisations.
This organisation acknowledges that people learn and work differently so adaptability will be key to success in this role. Leveraging relevant post graduate qualifications and accreditations in tools such as The Leadership Circle and Human Synergistics Lifestyles Inventory, you will build bespoke programs that enhance leadership impact through effective diagnostics, feedback, coaching, and learning experiences.
You will also facilitate dynamic group sessions across diverse audiences, so it is essential that enjoy engaging others, possess strong business acumen, and can demonstrate a deep understanding of the operational challenges that leaders face.
