Form of workReporting to the Workshop Supervisor, our Leading Hand will assist in coordinating maintenance and repairs on a range of Caterpillar equipment for some of our biggest customers across the region. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, this role will see you utilising your experience to provide our team with mechanical and technical support.
A role with WesTrac will see you completing overhauls on a range of mining equipment from D6T Dozers through to R3000H Loaders. There has never been a better time to join the team and gain exposure to a large variety of CAT machines!
Roster and Remuneration
- 5 Days On, 2 Days Off - 10.5 hour shifts
- Overtime available
- Potential earnings from $120,000 - $150,000

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Mechanical trade qualification (Australian trade recognised)
- Familiarity with Caterpillar Equipment
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commitment to meeting customer requirements
- Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
- Strong job planning skills
