What you'll do
Our Leading Hands are great communicators who build trust through leading by example. Working closely with our Branch Manager, you will be responsible for a team, up to 7 mechanics. You'll build relationships with our teams through the quality, reliability and efficiency of your work.
What your day will look like?
- Providing guidance and training to your mechanics
- Have great communication with your team, customers, and our customer service squad
- Responsible for carrying out assigned general repairs and servicing work on a variety of trucks and trailers
- Complete daily job sheets and time sheets
- Provide outstanding all-round service to our customers
- Maintain a safe & clean workspace
- Supporting your team by providing solutions and encouraging new ideas.
- Motivating your team and incorporate the Truck Tech values, journey and vision.
- AM Shift - Mon to Fri: 6AM to 3PM. Saturday (optional)
