About the Role
Role is based on-site in Singleton. We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand Boilermaker and/or Fitter to join our team.
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor to manage jobs
- Assist & mentor tradesman and apprentices
- Oversee the day-to-day running's/job list
- Plan and control next job to tradesman to ensure minimal downtime
- Ensure client expectations are exceeded for all works performed.

Key Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting drawings
- Providing direct assistance with site management
- Proving guidance and instructions to the site team
- Problem-solving as required, and providing clarity on process and install practices
- Provide safe, quality, effective, and efficient fabrication services to customers
- Meet required targets with safety as a priority
- Provide repair and fabrication maintenance support on CHPP and Open-cut mobile equipment and fixed plant
- Demonstrate excellent housekeeping and equipment care
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices relevant to the mining industry
- A high level of attention to detail
- An ability to establish rapport & manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A high level of honesty and integrity
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Current valid NSW Driver's Licence
- Working At Heights and Forklift tickets are highly regarded
