Role and Responsibilities:

•  As a Leading Hand Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the construction and finishing of our custom-built projects.
•  Collaborate closely with the project manager, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of design plans.
•  Lead a team of carpenters and tradespeople, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
•  Coordinate and manage project timelines, materials, and resources efficiently.
•  Uphold strict quality standards, ensuring all work is completed to the highest level of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
•  Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

•  Proven experience as a carpenter in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the custom building industry.
•  Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
•  Strong ability to interpret and implement architectural designs accurately.
•  Exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills.
•  Effective communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing project needs.
•  Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are highly desirable.
• use of iPads and computers on a daily basis.
• Have understanding for Buildxact or be willing to learn.
• follow schedules and track costs on projects
