We have a proven ability to work with large-scale clients as well as smaller local contractors. We proudly hold the position of being a leading manufacturer of septic and wastewater treatment systems, ranging from pump-out tanks to larger complete sewer manholes, pump stations, and extraordinary solutions.
WE OFFER:
- Above award wages - $75,000 - $80,000.
- 5 weeks annual leave plus 17.5% loading.
- Full Time Employment.

YOUR ROLE
This role involves hands-on and labour-intensive tasks in the manufacturing, fabrication of precast concrete components. Working under the manager of the facility, you will play a crucial role in a team-oriented environment, ensuring the efficient production of quality concrete products that meet specific project requirements and specifications.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Allocate resources, including staff, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency.
Read and interpret written design drawings, sketches and follow oral design instructions to carry out the manufacturing and fabrication of precast concrete components, including pouring, moulding, casting, and curing processes, following established procedures to ensure contractual agreements are fulfilled to high standards and safety guidelines.
Operate various machinery and equipment such as concrete mixers, moulds, vibrating tables, overhead gantry cranes, and forklifts.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes ensuring services meet professional and industry standards.
ABOUT YOU
- Self-starter and reliable individual.
- 3 plus years previous experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in people management with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work in varied weather conditions and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Possess strong physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labour and manoeuvre heavy objects.
- Have knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) principles and practices.
- Have the ability to obtain / or provide a National Police Clearance and Working with Children card.
