AddressWe are currently seeking an experienced landscaper with a strong background in team leadership to join our team in Toowoomba as a Leading Hand. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping and demonstrate a proven track record of effectively managing and supervising projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of landscapers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion
- Ensuring all work is conducted to high standards and in accordance with company protocols
- Supervising the maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools
- Collaborating with clients to exceed their needs and expectations
- Providing training and guidance to junior staff members to support their professional growth within the organization
About you:
- Hold a certification in Horticulture
- Hold current open drivers license
- Hold current valid white card
- Hold current valid working with children blue card or the ability to obtain one,
- Ability to start ASAP
The successful candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic, exceptional communication abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments. While a relevant qualification in landscaping or horticulture is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
