We have an exciting opportunity at our Geraldton branch for a Leading Hand to join our skilled Agricultural service team.
We are looking for a candidate, that is ‘hands on’ and has previous experience in a Leading Hand role in aservice environment, preferably within Agriculture, and shares our value in putting our customers first and exceeding our service delivery.

The role:
- Support the Service Manager by supervising workshop staff to ensure assigned work conforms to quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
- Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet allrequirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
- Monitor the use of materials, parts, and tools to ensure the team have what they need and minimise waste and damage.
- Provide support, direction and training as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- In conjunction with the Service Manager and other Branch Management, carry out incident, accident and non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closures.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a qualified Agricultural Mechanic or similar
- Be able to exercise considerable initiative/judgement in work methods and in interpreting anddelegating work requirements/goals
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on approach
- Strong customer service ethic
- Be able to work cross functionally and collaboratively with many stakeholders
