Possess a Cert III in Engineering - Fabrication trade (Boilermaking) or equivalent
Proven experience in leadership
Have experience with Medium to Heavy Steel Fabrication
Be knowledgeable in weld standards and procedures
Have the ability to interpret detailed Drawings
Understand weld ability of Steels and preferable welding experience of exotic steels.
Willingness to undergo a weld test prior to commencement
Have the highest commitment to maintain a safe work environment
Display initiative and have the ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
Show commitment to high quality workmanship and customer service
Forklift license and riggers certificate highly desirable
