Saltwater Medical is a well-established, premium, female GP-owned, 100% private-billing practice, currently supporting 7 Female GPs and 1 Male GP. We offer patients high-quality medicine, including 20-minute standard appointments and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Our practice has been 100% Private Billing from the start, so our large patient base is well-trained, happy to pay for your services, and truly appreciate the comprehensive and compassionate care you deliver.

Could you our new GP?
Due to insatiable demand, and the recent fit out of two additional light-filled consulting rooms, we have space for one or two energetic and fun-loving GPs to join our genuinely awesome team.
What We Offer
- Excellent earnings - 100% Private Billing practice with 20-minute appointments - you can stop running so fast during your sessions AND deliver quality medicine without taking a hit to your earnings (expect gross billings in the $300+ p/h range)
- Work with 8 other brilliant FRACGPs (7 female & 1 male)
- Another male GP would be VERY welcome
- A female GP, or a gender-diverse GP would also succeed
- Books full from day one in a modern, well-equipped practice
- Full nursing and admin support with professional onsite practice management
- Recently fellowed GPs - our Practice Principal enjoys mentoring!
- Integrated skin cancer clinic (in case you happen to have an interest in skin cancer care - not essential)
- LIFESTYLE+++!! Work in coastal paradise with no weekends or on call
Work Hours
Our practice is open 7:40am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:40am - 4.00pm on Friday. We are flexible with days (2-4 days per week would be ideal).
There are no weekends required, so you can spend your time enjoying everything the Sunshine Coast lifestyle has to offer, including pristine beaches, our gorgeous hinterland, galleries, markets, cafes, shops, national parks and restaurants.
The Location
Caloundra, Sunshine Coast Queensland (1 hour north of Brisbane and 40 minutes south of Noosa).
