A Full Time Reception position is available in an established Physiotherapy Private Practice in Cairns
We are looking for a person for a long-term job who has a great attitude, great work ethic, a passion for learning and has a drive to be their best and if no previous skills - willing to put maximum effort into learning.
Basic Skills we are looking for:
- Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
- Good level of computer skills, and willing to learn our internal systems
- Ability to multi-task
- Integrity, trustworthiness, honesty
- Self-motivated
- A warm and caring attitude but professional and respectful and the ability to work without supervision
Job tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Front desk administration including greeting patients and answering phone calls
- Processing claims and payments, reconciliation
- Diary and patient database management
- Stock Management
- Accounts, Billing, Banking
- Maintaining a tidy and clean work area
- Maintaining confidentiality in all area
