Part-Time position, approx. 28-30 hours per week located in our Caloundra & Birtinya clinics, the role would suit an experienced Private Practice Physiotherapist.
Role to remain at part-time or build into full-time if desired.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and medical histories.
- Develop customized treatment plans and collaboratively set attainable goals with patients.
- Conduct group exercise & Pilates classes.
- Administer evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to enhance recovery and mobility.
- Apply a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises tailored to meet individual patient needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans when necessary.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercises.
- Foster collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in adherence to regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Full working rights, no sponsorship.
- Minimum of 2 years of Private Practice experience.
- AHPRA registration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Proven track record in a Private Practice setting.
- Exceptional manual therapy skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge strong patient relationships.
- Robust clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
