In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aquatic programs across the service including Learn to Swim and Schools Learn to Swim.

We offer:
- Permanent full time, thirty-eight (38) hours per week.
- Remuneration of $2,422.82 minimum with the opportunity to progress to $2,907.38 gross per fortnight + superannuation (11%).

About the role:
As the Learn to Swim Team Leader you will:
- Coordinate the delivery of the Learn to Swim (LTS) Program including school LTS.
- Liaise with parents on all issues relating to the Learn-to-Swim Program.
- Provide support to instructors in all areas of the Learn to Swim Program including training, guidance, and constructive feedback on teaching techniques together with coordinating team meetings and training opportunities for instructors.
- Conduct swimming assessments, monitoring participant progress and making appropriate recommendations regarding participant placement.
- Undertake and coordinate bookings for the Oasis Aquatic Centre, including updating pool plans.
What you will need to succeed:
We are looking for someone with:
- Current CPR Accreditation;
- Current Austswim qualification or equivalent;
- Current First Aid Certificate;
- Current RLSSA Examiners Certificate;
- NSW Working with Children Check Clearance; and
- Previous working experience that is relevant to the role such as the delivery of training and programs.
