Learning and Development Adviser
Full Time, Ongoing
The Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our organisation as a Learning and Development Adviser within the Human Resources Team.
The role is responsible for the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of an effective training curriculum and programs across the OPP that improve our performance.
The role also assists with organisational development activities including the coordination and preparation of compliance training, people surveys, reports, and action plans that build a rewarding people experience at the OPP.
The position is Melbourne based.
About the Role:
- Maintain and improve the OPP's Learning Management System (ELMO) including ensuring accurate Learning and Development records and up to date course content is maintained.
- Design, implement, improve and coordinate multi-format best practice learning content that effectively builds capability, engages a diverse workforce, and meets legislative and industry requirements.
- Working with stakeholders to provide timely information, advice, and support to OPP employees in relation to the requirements of the learning curriculum and capability framework.
As our ideal candidate you will have:
- Extensive working knowledge of contemporary and relevant, training needs assessment, learning methodologies and delivery formats, preferably within the Legal Environment.
- Ability to develop and implement professional services training programs, contemporary and best practice e-learning solutions using on-line productivity tools.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities and verbal and written communication skills.
