Job Description
Be You is the national mental health in education initiative delivered by Beyond Blue, in collaboration with Early Childhood Australia and headspace.
Be You aims to empower every learning community in Australia to be their most mentally healthy, positive and inclusive - in ways that work for them, at a time that works for them, an all free of charge. Be You equips educators to support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people from birth to 18 years. The initiative provides an end-to-end approach for early learning services, school age care services, primary schools, and secondary schools across Australia.
We are seeking a creative, innovative, skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
The Be You Content Development Advisor is a role within the Be You Brand, Marketing and Content Team, the team responsible for leading the brand, marketing, content and experience activities of Be You. This includes strategising, planning, implementing, and evaluating all activities, with the goal of optimising experience. The Be You Content Team works closely with the Be You teams and delivery partners to provide exemplary user experience through the development and continuous improvement of accessible, clinically safe and evidence informed educational content and resources, for educators across early learning services, schools and those undertaking education qualifications.
Reporting to the Be You Senior Content Manager, this role is be responsible for aligning new Content Development to Be You strategies, sector and stakeholder requirements, accreditation requirements, clinical governance and other quality assurance requirements. The role will be required to maximise opportunities to enhance content performance, experience, and alignment with audience needs and create strong alignment and connections between brand, communications, digital, marketing, and evidence and insights during the development of content solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong project management skills, the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a proactive mindset in identifying opportunities for new Content Development, continuous improvement enhancements and quality assurance.
