About the role
We are on the lookout for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our Strata Excellence team in Southport. This role is a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for managing, communicating, and reinforcing organisational change through comprehensive training and knowledge dissemination. It is a multifaceted role and is critical in enabling the business to adapt and embrace new processes, systems, and technologies.
Objectives
- Design, develop and deliver training content and programs for business practices including workshops, seminars and e-learning courses;
- Develop and implement change management strategies whilst providing support and coaching to employees throughout the process;
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders;
- Identify training needs, developing training materials and delivering program that equip employees with the knowledge and skills required to implement and sustain change;
- Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to ensure training content accurately reflects current business practice.
About you
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Learning and Development Advisory role, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest!
- You’re known for outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- You have an excellent track record of evaluating training effectiveness and implementing continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- You have a flair for creativity and innovation in educational strategies, ensuring learning is both impactful and enjoyable.
