Access theThe Learning & Development Advisor role contributes to the development and coordination of a wide range of Learning and organisational development (L&OD) initiatives, projects and events that support day-to-day operations, whilst leading the continuous improvement and innovation agenda that underpins the high-performance culture at the RTA. This role is exposed to high-level strategic plans and projects, with opportunity to influence and participate in a program of work with measurable impacts on the future growth, culture, and performance of the RTA.To be successful you will need:
- A high level of accountability, with proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and successfully undertake a broad range of L&OD administration and activities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to develop communication plans to promote L&OD initiatives, learning content, and facilitate workshops and focus groups across a range of topics
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret and present data to leaders to support L&OD initiatives and demonstrate return on investment
- Proven experience providing advice, coaching, and mentoring for staff and leaders (including senior leadership) across the organisation to strengthen and enhance leadership capabilities in all areas of people management
- A high degree of computer literacy and previous exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Demonstrated experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders including training providers, facilitators, and customers to ensure that Learning and Development requirements are appropriately sourced, tailored, budgeted and evaluated
- A commitment to continuous improvement and ensuring internal policies, procedures and guidelines align to best practice L&OD approaches.
- The flexibility to work remotely up to 60% of the time
