This role is the champion of our Learning Management System.
About you
You’re a creative and motivated learning professional looking for a role with a high level of autonomy. Your organisation and attention to detail, coupled with your strong technical proficiency and design eye allows you to take pride in the high-quality learning content you create. As a confident facilitator, you will be well versed in taking traditional learning approaches and finding modern and efficient ways to achieve quality, competency-based outcomes. Your experience will contain a minimum of two years’ experience in a diverse, multi-disciplinary business in a similar role. You will have previous experience using digital learning authoring software (Articulate suite preferred) to create highly visual and engaging learning content. Although not essential, it would be advantageous to hold a Cert IV TAE and have a strong underpinning knowledge of the AQF and Adult Learning Principles. Equally advantageous is experience in authoring with video content and using video animation tools (e.g. Vyond).
The ability to build strong working relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels within the organisation will be essential, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be self-motivated, and have the ability to develop solutions for a wide range of learning needs, whilst working under pressure of competing demands and multiple objectives.
What’s on offer
This full-time role offers the incumbent a diverse range of learning applications and a supportive team environment. This role provides room for growth and further diversification, which will be achieved through providing positive influence and education to stakeholders on their leaning outcomes.
In addition to a fantastic range of in-park and in-venue benefits (free entries, discounts on purchases, free parking and more), we’ve partnered with Perkbox to give our team members access to hundreds of dollars of direct savings each year on their everyday purchases from some of Australia’s biggest retailers (everything from fashion, to tech, and even your weekly grocery shop!) in addition to a really exciting work environment where no two days are the same.
