Melbourne Girls Grammar is seeks a motivated and highly organised Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join The Melbourne Girls Grammar Institute (MGGI). The MGGI is a global educational community hub, dedicated to innovation and leadership in education practices.

About the role
The Learning and Development Co-ordinator is the main facilitator of professional learning opportunities for all staff at Melbourne Girls Grammar. This role is responsible for the end-to-end co-ordination of on-site professional LEARNING AND training events from planning to delivery. This role also leads the delivery of administrative functions by processing professional learning requests and maintaining records of professional learning undertaken. If you are passionate about LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT and enjoy organising training and events, are a team player, and are super organised then we are keen to talk to you.
Part of the excitement of this role comes from the diversity of responsibilities and the opportunities to engage with people from different backgrounds and levels of seniority. As the successful candidate for the position you will liaise with suppliers and event holders working to make professional learning events seamless, inclusive, exciting and interesting so lots of people want to attend.
You will be professional in your approach, and a great communicator. You will be confident managing data, event and Office 365 software and will be able to work with digital graphics applications to design and develop creative applications to promote our events. You will have or be willing to obtain, a Working with Children’s Check and have experience in handling confidential information related to guest lists and contact details. You will bring the drive and motivation to deliver on MGGI plans and support the realisation of the Mission and Vision.
