The Role
Assists in the day‐to‐day Learning & Organisational Development operations, with a focus on co-ordination and implementation of the company qualification program and operational training needs via external providers.
Key Responsibilities
End to end ownership of internal qualifications program - put your stamp on the program
Key administrator of company learning management system
Co-ordination of internal and external training
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
A strong desire to learn and grow in the learning and development space
Happy to work on the small “must do’ tasks as well as get involved in business critical projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisation and time management skills
High level of attention to detail
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Cert IV TAE – Workplace Training and Assessment - desirable
Previous experience with National Qualifications (VET) – desirable
