As a Learning & Development Consultant, you’ll be responsible for leading operational and strategic learning initiatives at Coates. This is a highly autonomous role, with independence and access to key stakeholders at Coates. You’ll partner with subject matter experts and bring your creativity to design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance our ambitious national growth strategy.Our head quarters are based in Mascot NSW, however, we’re open to people working from our state head offices in Dandenong VIC, Kingston QLD, or Belmont WA.
You’ll be managing the full lifecycle of Learning and Development at Coates, including:
- Facilitating a mix of face-to-face and virtual learning programs
- Identifying and diagnosing learning needs at all stages of employee lifecycle
- Engaging with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Gathering information and designing learning
- Coaching and mentoring leaders to ensure adoption of learning initiatives
- Evaluating and reporting on outcomes
