Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and motivate CSR employees to learn and grow through the development of great tools, training, and resources so they can do their jobs now and in the future.
  • Bring innovative thinking to the learning experience at CSR, modernising the approach whilst aligning with business objectives.Undertake detailed Training Needs Analysis to develop solutions and provide specialist advice to key stakeholders in alignment with the broader HR strategy.
  • Partner with the Leadership, Learning and Development (LLD Manager) to develop learning strategies to support business objectives, creating concise learning propositions to support the presentation of ideas.
  • Proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders, championing for the LLD team, always seeking ways to add value.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to build on strategic partnerships within the business, ensuring success of LLD initiatives.
  • Manage alignment across initiatives to maximise resource impact and reduce waste.
  • Design, develop and facilitate dynamic programs that keep employees eager to continue upskilling and embedding new knowledge and practices.
  • Create compelling learning content to further build CSRs learning agility and maturity, such as PowerPoints, eLearning modules, 1 pager training aids and other helpful training tools.
  • Analyse and track the success of learning initiatives, using data to assist with decision making and continuous improvement of learning outputs.
About you:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Agile mindset, capable of quickly responding to changing needs
  • Strong autonomy and self-initiative in task execution
  • Proven problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges
  • Confidence in decision-making and execution
  • Creative approach to designing innovative learning solutions
