We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to join our team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an L&D program that will strategically align with the growing needs of the business.
The idealLearning & Development Managerwill possess the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years experience within Strata Management
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Education or a related field preferred
- Prior experience as a trainer or facilitator with highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in training administration, delivery and/or development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
- Experience in project managing multiple training, learning, OD programs and Learning Management Systems would be ideal but not essential
- The ability to influence and work with others to implement programs and embed change
- Developing and implementing L&D solutions that strategically align with the growing needs of the business
- Creating and sustaining best practice operational learning and development strategies and initiatives
- Creating programs and initiatives that add value to projects and business units
- Developing and implementing systems and processes to create a consistent framework of L&D
- Conducting induction and orientation programs, including the creation of training materials.
- Overseeing specific L&D projects to support organisational development goals.
