As a Retail LearningDevelopment Partner, you will help to engage our own people who are the front face of CHANEL by strengthening their learning and development. This role serves as an integral conduit between learning and retail. The incumbent will support the implementation of people development initiatives and drive changes through coaching, role modeling and cross-function collaboration.
What you'll be responsible for- āļøOutbound Prospecting
Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers

Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities
