About the JobAs a member of the Rest People and Culture team, this role will collaborate and contribute to delivering our People Strategy through working with leaders and employees to build
Learning and Development, talent, culture and capability at Rest.The primary purpose of this role is to identify
Learning and capability needs, deliver
Learning and Development programs to support those needs and support delivery of a range of engagement and culture related programs.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities- Collaborate with leaders and employees to identify and analyse training needs, complete capability gap analysis and input these into the workforce strategy
- Design, source and deliver Learning and Development programs, including training workshops and e-Learning and actively monitor their effectiveness
- Curate L&D campaigns aligned to business priorities
- Support the development of a preferred supplier program for L&D vendors and manage contracts
- Contribute to sharepoint management (where L&D content is housed)
- Support, contribution to and roll out key initiatives relating to organisational culture, DE&I, engagement and high impact programs of work
QualificationsAbout You:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Change Management or related work experience.
- Certification IV in Training and Assessment highly desired
- DiSC accreditation - highly desirable but not essential
Required experience, understanding or credentials including:
- Demonstrated experience in a L&D role
- Experience in financial services/investment industries
- Experience in learning needs analysis and understanding of adult learning theory and application
- Experience working with vendors to identify learning solutions
- Experience presenting to varied audiences
