We are currently seeking applications for a Learning and Development Systems Administrator to join the Safety Wellbeing & Organisational Development team at The Department of Treasury & Finance in a continuing role.
Remuneration: ASO4 – Salary Range ($75,430 - $79,070p.a.).
About the opportunity:
The Learning & Development Systems Administrator is accountable to the Training & Development Lead for the provision of an accurate and timely support service on a range of Learning and Development related projects and coordination of development programs within the department, in particular the provision of administering the learning management and performance management systems.
The L&D Systems Administrator will be required to liaise effectively with departmental employees to assist in responding to their development and system queries as required.
The incumbent will be required to possess experience in the provision of administrative and project-based support services including using Microsoft and eLearning software.
About you
To be successful you will:
- Be experienced in the providing project-based support services including using Microsoft and eLearning software.
- Be experienced in coordinating events, conducting research and analysis of information and preparation of reports.
- Have an understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Have a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
