The City of Salisbury has an enviable reputation for innovation in local government. Council's Strategic Development Projects division leads the development of surplus Council land for innovative residential Development Projects.
The returns from these projects increases Council's financial capacity to fund needed community projects and programs, while at the same time supporting the Northern Adelaide region's economic growth and job creation.
Projects include collaboration with builders to support delivery of a range of integrated living options, providing housing choice for the Salisbury community of all ages, backgrounds and budgets.
The role:
The position would suit someone with a strong interest in land & property development and/or a recent graduate who has undertaken studies in property development, urban & regional planning, urban design, engineering or a related discipline. The position provides a great opportunity to 'learn the ropes' of property development from feasibility, project inception through to sales.

Specialist Skills & experience:
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
- Proven experience in administration, accounts management and customer service
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project as well as financial and database software.
- High level interpersonal skills.
- Drivers Licence.
