About the role
Liebherr Adelaide are seeking a driven and motivated Learning & Development Administrator, responsible for the provision of effective and timely administrative services to support the National Learning & Development Manager, their direct reports, and the L&D department.
Supporting early careers initiatives such as the Apprenticeships and Traineeships programs, the successful candidate is responsible for administering and processing purchase orders, tooling agreements, onboarding schedules, rotations, training plans, training contracts, government incentives and other administrative support of Liebherr’s development pathways programs.
The role is a hybrid role, based out of Adelaide, SA or Mt Thorley, NSW and has an opportunity for (5) five days per month of remote work.
Duties
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Maintain Training Contract data
- Manage government incentives as related to Training Contracts
- Book travel in alignment with Apprentice Rotations, in accordance with Individual Training Plans
- Administer onboarding schedules
- Process annual tooling agreements
- Digitise and maintain individual training plans
- Responsible for accurate and current records keeping
- Learning Management System [LMS] data entry
- Training program bookings and administration
Skills & experience
- Certificate III in Business Administration or more than 2 years’ experience in a relevant field
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and ERP savy
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills with standout customer service
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the business
- Ability to work independently and autonomously with initiative and ownership of the work produced
- Self-motivated, positive pro-active attitude, attention to detail, demonstrate initiative
- Understanding of Liebherr technical training & machine types highly desirable
