Join our client's team as a Learning and Development Administrator in Adelaide CBD. This role involves coordinating training activities, maintaining learning systems, and supporting our internal stakeholders. Immediate start for a 4-month assignment, full-time hours, with a competitive hourly rate of $45-$46 including casual loading.
We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Administrator to manage training logistics, data entry, and stakeholder communications. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our employees have the skills needed to excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate training logistics, including venue bookings and materials preparation
Manage training calendars and enrolment processes in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of training records
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support training needs
Prepare reports on training effectiveness and compliance
About You:
Strong organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Working knowledge of Learning and Development support functions
High computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
Essential Criteria:

Working knowledge of Learning and Development coordination
High level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Learning Management Systems
High attention to detail with initiative and judgment
Proven ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
Special Conditions:
Flexible hours including some after-hours work as required
Medical clearances and immunisations may be required
Clearance checks may also be necessary (e.g., police, working with children/vulnerable people)
